The ODR platform will act as the single interface for “information, finding expert counsellors, complaint/case intake, update and communications” for Customers who have grievances, as well as facilitate interactions and communications between Public Users (Individual), Consumers, Companies, Expert counsellors, Officers from Court, Officers of Department. The Platform allows user(s) the ability to lodge complaints/cases and get them resolved with the help of expert counsellors with focus to assist litigants in resolving their dispute or case, rather than a technology platform to support judicial or court staff decision- making.
